ORESA has adopted the RO:SE strategy (Rochdale & Oldham: Supporting Enterprise) for
this area of business start up and enterprise.
The Strategy takes a holistic and transformational approach to addressing the barriers and opportunities, and is targeted on defined deprived areas and target groups. Selected key actions from the strategy will be
included within the ORESA Action Plan and
will form the foundation of a continued
partnership working to develop local
enterprise.
